If you are someone that loves taking in the beauty of nature without distractions or are into nature photography, one excellent way to make the most of your camping trips is wild camping. Wild camping is generally tolerated without permission; however it is better to ask the landowner first and try to follow the LDNPA’s guidelines for wild camping. Try to leave the campsite the way you found it and there shouldn’t be any trouble. The fells of the Lake District offer an incredible view and you can basically enjoy it to yourself, without much, if any, company.
